Handmade Jewelry & Production Time

All jewelry is handmade in my studio in Israel. Orders take 2-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. Due to the handmade nature of my work, I appreciate your patience.

Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide from Israel via registered airmail with tracking. Delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks due to international shipping, customs, or postal delays.

Need it faster? Express shipping via DHL (3-7 business days) is available. Contact me at rbirdiart@gmail.com before ordering to confirm production time.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. These fees vary and cannot be pre-calculated.

Returns & Refunds

I take great pride in my craftsmanship, but if you’re not satisfied, I offer refunds (excluding rings, taxes, and shipping costs) if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Note: Rings made to a specific size are non-refundable, so please ensure you select the correct size when ordering.

Repairs

If your jewelry needs repair after use, send it back, and I’ll fix it free of charge! You just cover the return shipping.
